In a new partnership with local government agencies, a member of the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Field Services Team will be available to the public on Tuesday, April 30 to assist Fayette and Greenbrier County residents.

During the event, citizens can receive assistance with filing annual reports, online voter registration and any other questions they may have. No appointment is necessary to speak with the representatives. 

• Field Representative Dave Gilpin will set up a mobile office from 10 a.m. to noon at the Fayette County Courthouse, located at 100 North Court Street in Fayetteville. 

• Field Representative Dave Gilpin will set up a mobile office from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Greenbrier County Courthouse, located at 912 North Court Street in Lewisburg. 

“Our professional Field Team will help make it as easy as possible for the state’s business owners and entrepreneurs to stay in compliance,” Secretary of State Mac Warner said in a release. “Our Field Reps are highly trained individuals and can assist citizens with just about any issue dealing with the state’s Business & Licensing Division.”

Warner reminded citizens that they can also access assistance for annual reports by going online at onestop.wv.gov or by calling 304-558-8000.
