Lewisburg police are searching for two people they say stole several thousand dollars in iPods from the city’s Wal-Mart.

Detective Jeremy Dove of the Lewisburg Police Department said a variety of iPods were taken May 29, such as the Shuffle and Nano. The suspects are described as a white man and white woman in their late 20s to early 30s. How the mp3 players were stolen was unknown.

Anyone with information about this theft is encouraged to contact the Lewisburg Police Department at 645-1626.
