Comedian Jeff Foxworthy will join the State Fair of West Virginia lineup on Saturday, Aug. 17, for an 8 p.m. performance.
Tickets go on sale this Friday starting at 10 a.m.
Foxworthy, the largest-selling comedy-recording artist in history, is widely known for his redneck jokes. His act goes well beyond that, however, as he explores the humor in everyday family interactions and human nature.
The release said Foxworthy has been announced as one of the judges on the new NBC comedy competition show “Bring The Funny,” set to premiere July 9. He hosted the FOX television game show “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader” for several seasons, including its return to primetime this past fall.
He also has his own comedy channel “Jeff and Larry’s Comedy Roundup” on SIRIUSXM, and his comedy special “We’ve Been Thinking” is currently available on Netflix.
Tickets are $40 for track, $35 for box and $30 for grandstand. Concert tickets include fair gate admission.
