W.Va. to receive $119.3 million for Covid testing and distribution

U.S. Sens. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., and Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., announced Tuesday that $119.3 million is being appropriated to West Virginia for Covid testing and vaccine distribution.

Of the appropriation, $103.1 million is allocated for expanded Covid-19 testing and contact tracing, while $16.2 million will be used for assistance in distributing the COVID-19 vaccine.
