A single-vehicle tractor-trailer accident this morning on Interstate 77 near mile marker three has stalled traffic in the northbound lane.
State Police officials say the truck is “on its top” and asked motorists to avoid the roadway if possible.
Emergency personnel are on scene.
Southbound traffic is moving at a reduced speed of 35 mph.
