BECKLEY — Harleigh Meadows waves to the judges during the Karnival Kuties pageant Saturday at the Woodrow Wilson High School auditorium in Beckley. The Mardi Gras-themed pageant raised funds for Newspapers In Education and the Women’s Resource Center. While winners got a sash and some cash, all contestants received crowns and trophies.
