THURMOND — Danny Williams, an employee with SMH Construction Co., Inc., of Beckley, puts his welding skills to work along Dunloup Creek near Thurmond in Fayette County Monday. SMH is replacing one-lane bridges on Rt. 25 from Glen Jean to Thurmond, and plans to have the project completed before the spring rafting season begins on New River.
