A Monongalia County doctor accused of embezzling from an urgent care facility has pleaded not guilty.
Dr. David M. Anderson is charged with six counts of embezzlement and three counts of fraudulent schemes.
The Dominion Post reports that the 53-year-old Bruceton Mills resident entered his plea Monday in Monongalia County Circuit Court. He declined to comment following his arraignment.
Anderson is accused of embezzling hundreds of thousands dollars from Cheat Lake Urgent Care.
He remains free on $100,000 bond.
His trial is scheduled for June.
