West Virginia's Bureau for Medical Services commissioner is now deputy general counsel for the Department of Health and Human Resources.
DHHR Secretary Patsy Hardy announced Marsha K. Morris’ appointment on Monday, and said Morris will assist the DHHR with Medicaid programming and health care technology. DHHR’s Inspector General Molly Jordan will serve as interim Medicaid director.
