Valley 42, Williamson 14

MONTGOMERY — Class A No. 14 Valley secured a playoff spot with an easy win over Williamson.

Senior quarterback Jack Simms ran for a touchdown and threw for another in the first quarter. The Greyhounds led 42-0 before Williamson finally scored with 14 seconds left in the third quarter.

Dillon Gunnoe returned an interception 86 yards for Valley (7-3).

Official playoff seedings and pairings will be announced Sunday.
