Oak Hill 9, Chilhowie, Va. 8, 10 innings
BLUEFIELD, Va. — Frankie McGraw led off the 10th inning with a double, stole third and scored on an error to give the Red Devils the victory.
Tyler Zimm had three hits for Oak Hill (18-1), Ron Stephens was 2-for-5 with a double, two runs and two RBIs and Aaron McComas was 2-4 with four RBIs. Tyler Oliver had a hit and scored a run.
Oak Hill pitchers B.J. Wallace and Zimm combined for eight strikeouts and just one walk.
Oak Hill faces Tazewell (Va.) at 7 p.m. tonight at Hunnicutt Field in Princeton.

CHARMCO — Kenneth Holland hit a walk-off three-run home run to give the Cavaliers the come-from-behind win.
Holland went 4-for-5 in the game. Jarrod King was 3-4 with a home run and Zach Adams had four hits.
Keenan Braisher was 4-for-5 for Richwood and had two home runs. Jimmy Johnson and Matt Hamon also homered for the Lumberjacks.
Greenbrier West hosts Summers County Friday.

MOUNT HOPE — Erin Wilson struck out 10 and allowed just one hit to pace the Red Devils.
She also had two hits.
Candace Hayes had two hits and drove in a run and Desi Hughes homered and drove in three runs. Lindsay Smith drove in a pair of runs in the win.
Chelsea Williams had Mount Hope’s lone hit and Lisa Laramee drove in a run for the Mustangs.
Oak Hill hosts Charleston Catholic at 6 p.m. tonight.

VAN — Independence swept a doubleheader from Van with relative ease Tuesday night, limiting the Bulldogs to seven combined hits and two runs.
In the opener, Sarah Brown struck out 14 and scattered four hits in a 9-1 win.
Whitney Hill backed Brown at the plate, going 3-for-3 with a pair of runs batted in.
Brown had two hits, including a triple, and three RBIs, Scarlett Lawson was 2-3 and Kayla Epling 2-2.
In the nightcap, Ashley Justice went 3-for-3 and Summer Adkins 3-4 to back the three-hit, six strikeout performance of pitcher Kelsey Whitt. Epling was again 2-2 and Kayla Saunders 2-3.
