-- The Silver Eagles '70s Reunion for Woodrow Wilson classes 1970-1980 will be held Aug. 14-16, hosted by Class of 1979, celebrating its 30 reunion.

Meet and greet will be held Friday night at Foster's. Saturday features a variety of events and lunch at Glade Springs. Other activities include the Saturday morning Charlie Williamson Triathlon.

Saturday night, enjoy all the great music from the '70s at Black Knight Country Club

The farewell picnic lunch will be held Sunday about noon at Grandview.

Organizers are compiling a directory of alumni. Organizers say they believe it would be nice to extend an invitation to those teachers who made the experience at WWHS a wonderful time.

If there are any teachers you would like to include, let them know and they will try to contact and invite them.

Also, a list is needed of classmates who have passed away. Send names, graduating class and the date of death to the contacts listed above.

Pictures would be a wonderful addition to the reunion. Scan, e-mail or send pictures for a CD of the time at WWHS together.

Costs for the event is $50 per person.
