Car, coal truck collide on Eisenhower Drive

BECKLEY — A car and a coal truck collided head-on Friday morning on Eisenhower Drive, sending one person to the hospital, according to Raleigh County Emergency Operations Center.

The call was received at approximately 9:49 a.m. Beckley Police Department, Beckley Fire Department and Jan-Care Ambulance responded to the scene.

The extent of the injuries is unknown.
