— A Whitesville man was sentenced by Raleigh County Circuit Court Judge Robert Burnside to one to 15 years in prison for a September 2012 burglary.

Michael David Foley II, 27, pleaded guilty to breaking into a house Sept. 13, 2012, and stealing a chainsaw, a flatscreen television and oxycodone pills.

Raleigh County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Andy Dimlich said his sentence will run concurrently with another sentence from a Boone County burglary.
