Raleigh County indictments include murder, drug charges

The individuals listed below must report to the Raleigh County Courthouse, Courtroom B, at 9 a.m. Monday, Jan. 22, to answer indictments before Judge H.L. Kirkpatrick III.

- Rodney Adkins, 32, of Coal City, daytime burglary, grand larceny

- Andrea Austin, 33, of Sophia, delivery of a controlled substance, to-wit: oxycodone

- Tarek Torneil Barry, 23, of Columbus, Ohio, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, to-wit: cocaine base

- Justin Dale Blevins, 23, of Odd, grand larceny

- Stephen Burks, 30, of Lanark, attempted first-degree murder, malicious wounding, use of a firearm, wanton endangerment, felon in possession of a firearm

- Frances Cheek, 34, of Crab Orchard, conspiracy, felony transferring stolen property, daytime burglary, destruction of property

- Vernon Lee Clower Jr., 19, of Glen White, delivery of a controlled substance, to-wit: oxycodone; conspiracy; battery

- Timothy Jay Combs, 26, of Beckley, failure to register or providing false information as a sex offender, forgery, uttering, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, to-wit: cocaine.

- Jason Dwight Dials, 35, of Cool Ridge, first-degree robbery.

- Tonya Durgan, 46, of Beckley, distribution of a controlled substance, to-wit: cocaine base.

- Kevin Essex, 25, of Beckley and Hampton, Va., unlawful wounding, 2 counts

- Jerry Wayne Foster, 47, of Prosperity, felony destruction of property, 2 counts; domestic assault; violation of domestic violence petition; reckless driving.

- Russell Timothy Gross, 45, of Beckley, wanton endangerment, 3 counts; assault upon law enforcement officer; person prohibited from possessing a firearm.

- James Ray Hackworth, 50, of Beckley, first-degree robbery.

- Carmella Herrera, 45, of Beckley, fraudulent schemes, giving false information to police officer.

- Amanda E. Keyser, 24, of Beckley, forgery, 3 counts; uttering, 3 counts; uttering credit card, 5 counts.

- Thomas E. Leftwich, 24, of Beckley, first-degree murder, use of firearm, conspiracy

- Michael E. Martin, 41, of Beckley, first-degree murder, conspiracy.

- William Mayhue, 26, of Sissonville, grand larceny.

- Denise Nahodil-Osbourne, 35, of Crab Orchard, felony obtaining goods by false pretenses, conspiracy.
