Officers seeking suspect in armed robbery

Beckley Police are searching for an armed robber who stole an undisclosed amount of cash Monday night from Miss Alice II, a video lottery store on South Eisenhower Drive.

Cpl. Pannell said the suspect appeared to be a male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and jeans and a black mask. He was between 5’10” and 6’ feet tall.

The suspect kicked in the door to gain access inside the video lottery location, leaving minor damage.

At this time, police have not named any suspects.
