Person taken to hospital after 2-vehicle wreck

A two-vehicle accident occurred on Horse Creek Road in Naoma at approximately 9:20 a.m. Sunday, according to the Raleigh County Emergency Operations Center.

Dispatchers said at least one person was transported to a local hospital. Coal River Fire Department, Trap Hill EMS and Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.
