Summers County school bus involved in accident

MEADOW BRIDGE — Summers County Emergency Operations Center confirmed a school bus accident occurred just before 4 p.m. Thursday on Lockbridge Road near Meadow Bridge.

Dispatchers were unable to confirm whether there were injuries resulting from the crash and emergency responders could not be reached for further information.

West Virginia State Police, Summers County EMS and the Sandstone Fire Department responded.
