Man arrested after stabbing friend during argument over remote

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A man is facing serious charges after police say he stabbed someone while fighting for the TV remote.

Police charged Darrel Shull, 55, with aggravated assault after police found the victim with stab wounds at a home on 12th Avenue.

When police asked the victim what happened he said, "Darrel stabbed me with a straight blade."
