Lanark shooting victim identified as N.C. man

LANARK —  The victim of a Sunday shooting in the Lanark area has been identified as a North Carolina resident.

According to police, Terry Moore Jr., 37, of Greensboro, was shot shortly before 4 a.m. William Brady Shelton, 30, of Beaver was charged Sunday with one count each of attempted murder, malicious wounding and wanton endangerment.

He is lodged at Southern Regional Jail under $1 million bond.

Moore remained in critical condition Monday at Charleston Area Medical Center.
