According to Beckley Police Lt. Dave Farley, the victim reported that she was in the parking lot of the Ewart Avenue apartment complex around 11 p.m. when a white male in a blue, extended-cab Dodge truck pulled up beside her, got out, pushed her and took cash from her before fleeing.

Police are also searching for a person of interest who may have knowledge of the alleged robbery.

Anyone with information can contact Patrolman M.J. Pinardo at 304-256-1720 or CrimeStoppers at 304-255-STOP, said Farley.
