Robbery suspect sought

Beckley Police are asking the public for help in identifying a man who allegedly robbed a woman Saturday night at Willbrian Apartments in Beckley.

According to Beckley Police Lt. Dave Farley, the victim reported that she was in the parking lot of the Ewart Avenue apartment complex around 11 p.m. when a white male in a blue, extended-cab Dodge truck pulled up beside her, got out, pushed her and took cash from her before fleeing.

Police are also searching for a person of interest who may have knowledge of the alleged robbery.
