BECKLEY — A 48-year-old Beckley man was indicted by a federal grand jury Tuesday on charges of distribution of cocaine.
Wilson Watson Jr., also known as “Scooter,” faces up to 20 years if convicted of distributing cocaine near Mount Hope on Jan. 27.
The federal Drug Enforcement Administration, Beckley police and West Virginia State Police handled the investigation.

Jerry Austin Justus, 32, of Richwood, was indicted for allegedly distributing morphine at or near Richwood on Sept. 8, 2009.
Additionally, Justus, also known as “Nut,” was indicted for allegedly using and carrying a firearm during the drug trafficking crime.
Justus was ordered to forfeit the 9 mm pistol as well as a .22 LR pistol.
If convicted, Justus could receive up to five years in prison for the drug charge and five years to life for the weapons charge.
