Two Greenbrier County men who were driving with “meth lab” materials in their car were arrested Tuesday night during a routine traffic stop, Lewisburg Police Chief Tim Stover reported.
Ronald David Ward, 28, and Joshua Thomas Curry, 23, both of Alderson, were traveling in Lewisburg when officers noted that Curry was driving “erratically,” Stover said.
Patrolman A.L. Workman pulled Curry over and discovered materials used to manufacture methamphetamine in the vehicle.
Both men were charged with one count of attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab. Ward was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, said Stover. Both men were at Southern Regional Jail Wednesday evening.
