Wanton endangerment charge against murder suspect dropped

A story in Wednesday’s edition about bond being denied to Fayette County murder suspect Terreque A. Gray said he had charges against him in Raleigh County for wanton endangerment with a firearm and first degree robbery.

However, those charges in Raleigh County Circuit Court were dropped on Oct. 19, 2012.

Gray does have several other charges from 2012 pending in Raleigh County Magistrate Court including a non-aggravated robbery from April, a DUI charge from September and a shoplifting charge in December. There also are charges of shoplifting and conspiracy to committ a misdemeanor in January 2013 pending.
