Raleigh County emergency personnel responded to two separate motor vehicle accidents with injury Monday afternoon.
Raleigh County 911 confirmed that one individual was transported to an area hospital after a two-vehicle, head-on collision on Cranberry Drive in Cranberry just after 2 p.m.
Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department, Bradley-Prosperity Vol. Fire Department, Beaver Vol. Fire Department and Jan-Care Ambulance Service responded to the scene.
Another individual was transported to an area hospital after an accident on Burley Street in Lester at 3:46 p.m., said dispatch.
Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department, Lester Volunteer Fire Department and Jan-Care Ambulance Service responded to the second accident.
