MOUNT NEBO —
A Summersville man died from injuries received during a hit and run vehicle accident in Mount Nebo on Sunday.
The Nicholas County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a hit and run accident near Mount Nebo where Stanley Ray Williams, 58, was struck by a vehicle, according a release provided by the sheriff’s department.
After being struck by the vehicle, the release said Williams later died from injuries suffered during the accident.
The incident is still under investigation by the sheriff’s department.
