Craigsville drug arrests made



Three individuals have been arrested in Nicholas County after police discovered drugs during a traffic stop at the Dollar General Store in Craigsville, according to a Nicholas County Sheriff’s Department press release.

Joshua Dodrill, 33, and Brittany Nicole Carpenter, 27, both of Craigsville, were arrested for possession with intent to deliver after Deputy J.A. Beaver found several individual bags of methamphetamine and several diazepam tablets — schedule II and III narcotics — the release states.

Derrick Mitchell Bailey, 20, of Craigsville, was also arrested on misdemeanor charges.

Beaver was assisted by Sgt. J.S. Ray and Deputy K.J. Butler.
