CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The West Virginia Miners exploded for six runs in the first two innings and went on to pound Chillicothe 11-2 Sunday to split the two-game series with the Paints.

The Miners pounded out 10 hits, led by Mike Brosseau’s four hits, including a double, and three RBIs.
