Gladys Carol Cook
Our beloved mother, Gladys Carol Cook, entered into her Eternal rest Monday, March 4, 2013.
She was born July 3, 1940 in Bud, W.Va., to the late Dewey and Ethel Belcher Pack.
Carol was a homemaker, caregiver, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and a wonderful friend to all who knew her.
In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Mark H. Cook.
Those left to cherish her memory include two daughter, Debra Wildey (Bob) of Mocksville, NC and Kathy White (Terry) of Bud, WV; two sons, Mark H. Cook, Jr (Sherry) of Mocksville, NC and Emery Cook of Bud, WV; six grandchildren, Misty Lafferty (Bobby) of Bud, WV, Tiffany Carter(Justin) of Bud, WV, Amanda Cook and Rebecca Cook both of Mocksville, NC, Andrew Cook of Bud, WV, and Jessica Morrell of NC; four sisters, Barbara Belcher (Tom) of Winterville, NC, Patty Mills of Itmann, WV, Frances Morgan of Mullens, WV, and Jenny Mullins (Jerry) of Chesapeake, VA.
Carol's homecoming service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the Mullens Family Worship Center with Pastors John Rogers, Chuck Morgan, and son, Mike Morgan officiating. Burial will follow at the Cook Family Cemetery, Otsego.
Friends may call one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

RONCEVERTE — Ira Bowling Cooper, 70, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013.
Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2013, at Smathers Funeral Chapel in Rainelle. Burial will follow in the Addwell Cemetery in Ronceverte.
Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
