Maggie was a member of the Stanaford Missionary Baptist Church at Stanaford.

Those left to cherish her memory include three sisters Annie Cascio of Beckley, Josephine Cascio Kosco and companion Merton Trombly of Trenton, N.J., and JoAnn Cascio Dow and husband Dana of Braselton, Ga. She leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.

Her remains rest at High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel where the funeral will be held 1 p.m. Friday with Pastor George Wood officiating and where the family will receive friends from noon until time of service. She will be cremated and interred in High Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to the Stanaford Missionary Baptist Church, Post Office Box 294, Stanaford WV 25927 (include “In Memory of Maggie Cascio Vargo” on your check or money order).
