OAK HILL — Diana Adkins, 60, of Oak Hill, passed away Friday, Aug. 16, 2013.

Barbara Ann Anderson
PRINCETON — Barbara Ann Anderson, 45, of South Avenue in Princeton, died Thursday, August 15, 2013, at her residence.
Born December 10, 1967, in Würzburg, Germany, she was the daughter of Danny and Friederike Krause Gill of Talcott, W.Va.
Barbara was a Registered Nurse last working at the Dialysis Center in Princeton. She received her R.N. degree from Mountain State University and was a 1985 graduate of Hinton High School. She was a member of the Princeton Church of God.
In addition to her parents, Barbara is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Alvin Anderson of Princeton; one son, Jeffrey Lee Anderson of Princeton; two daughters, Kimber Nichole Anderson, and Elizabeth Danielle Anderson, both of Princeton; two grandchildren, Kaylee and Jaxxon; and two brothers, Richard Gill and wife Mary of Talcott, and George Gill and wife Donna of Morgantown.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, August 18, 2013, at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor J.B. Hurt officiating. In keeping with Barbara’s wishes, her body will be cremated following the service.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until the service hour Sunday at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton.

Howard A. Bowles
MEADOW BRIDGE — Howard A. Bowles, 69, of Lockbridge Road, Meadow Bridge, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at his home, following a short illness.
Born November 5, 1943, in Orangeburg, S.C., he was the son of the late Howard F. and Grace E. Felkel Bowles. Howard was a member of the Thorny Point Tabernacle at Lockbridge, and a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in Vietnam. He was retired from General Motors of Lordstown, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jeremy Bowles, and two grandsons, Thomas and Timothy Braasch.
Survivors include a daughter, Stephanie Gwinn (James) of Meadow Bridge; two sons, Wesley Bowles (fiancée Brittany) of Meadow Bridge and Justin Bowles of Meadow Bridge; a sister: Rhoda Gwinn of Meadow Bridge; two brothers, Franklin Bowles of Talcott and Paul Bowles of St. Petersburg, Fla.; four granddaughters, Tara, Tonya, Tanasha and Maddison.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, August 19, 2013, at the Thorny Point Tabernacle, Lockbridge Road, with Pastor Franklin Bowles officiating. Burial will be in the Bowles Cemetery on Lockbridge Road, Meadow Bridge.
Friends may visit with the family Sunday evening, 6 to 8 p.m. at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Rainelle.
