Charlotte was a devoted Christian and a dedicated member of the First Church of God in Beckley. She found joy in participating in church activities and was passionate about singing for the church. She had a special place in her heart for her church family.

She looked forward to cooking holiday dinners, laughing, and dancing as she spread her unconditional love to her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Samuel “Butch” Cassity.

Those left to carry on her legacy include her daughters, Robin Bailey of St. Pete, FL, and Jackie Cassity of Mabscott; brother, Roy Doug McDaniel and wife Joan of Crab Orchard; sisters, Donna Delli-ghatti of Beckley and Carolyn Palacio of Delaware; grandchildren, Tyler and Alex Cassity of Crab Orchard and Jennifer Bailey of St. Pete, FL; great-granddaughter, Isabella Bailey also of St. Pete, FL.
