Effie Mae Dillon
KOPPERSTON — Effie Mae Dillon, 92, passed away Monday, March 17, 2014.
A celebration of Mrs.Dillon’s life will be 1 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2014, at Delilah United Methodist Church in Oceana.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014, at Adam Toler Memorial Chapel.

Richard Earl Eads
Richard Earl Eads, age 66, received his wings Friday, March 14, 2014. He is now in his eternal home with our Father in Heaven.
Richard was born in Minden, W.Va. on August 8, 1947, but spent most of his life in Page, W.Va. He was a devout Christian of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family. He had retired from Cannelton, Ind. after a 30 year career in coal mining.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter I. and Hilda L. Eads.
He is survived by his wife of almost 47 years, Ellen J Eads. His two daughters, Christy Brenemen of Oak Hill, and Renee (Pat) Burmer of Princeton. Also surviving is his brother Walter I. (Edna) Eads of Lexington, Ky., and many other relatives and friends.
Abiding by his wishes he was cremated and there will be no memorial services. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Richard’s honor.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff and caregivers of Ansted Center and his doctor Scott Keffer.
He will be sadly missed by all.
