Wiley Dorsey

MULLENS — Wiley Dorsey, 66, of Mullens, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 25, 2013.

Born September 15, 1947, he was the son of the late Jake and Bethel Hamrick Dorsey.

Wiley enjoyed hunting and fishing and was employed as a coal miner.

In addition to his parents, Wiley is preceded in death by his daughter, Shari Dorsey; grandson, Timothy Eugene Strickland.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Victoria Dorsey of Mullens; daughters, Frances Dorsey of Pineville, Mary Shepard and husband Barry of Parkersburg, Eugenia Shrewsbury and husband Jerald of Mullens; step-sons, Eric Justice and companion, Cheryl Cunningham of Beckley, Chad Justice of Fayetteville; brother, Robert Dorsey of Ohio; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and his dog Dusty.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor Mickey Mitchell officiating. Entombment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.

Friends may gather with the family Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at funeral home.

Melissa Lynn Durham

RICHWOOD — Melissa Lynn Durham, 46, of Richwood, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2013.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at Mountain View Memorial Park, Richwood, with Pastor Larry Russell officiating.

All arrangements were made by Simons-Coleman Funeral Home, Inc., Richwood.

Lewis Elon Feamster

LEWISBURG — Lewis Elon Feamster, 93, of Lewisburg, passed away Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

Guy Patrick Foster

KESLERS CROSS LANES — Guy Patrick Foster, 85, of Keslers Cross Lanes, died Sunday,  October 27, 2013. 

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the Zoar Baptist Church at Keslers Cross Lanes with Rev. William Johnson officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening.
