Franklin McArthur Bishop, 20, of New Richmond, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, July 22, 2013.
The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Rockview Pentecostal Church in Pineville. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. with Jason Perdue officiating.
Frankie’s final resting place will be Lilly-Crews Cemetery, Hinton. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Chester Leroy Bland
Chester Leroy Bland, 70, of Organ Cave, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at his home in Organ Cave following a long illness.
Born April 3, 1943, at Ronceverte, he was the son of the late Cary Leroy and Lucille Williams Bland.
Chester was a U.S. Navy Veteran, was a retired postal clerk with the U.S. Postal Service, was a member of the DAV, American Legion, was a former member of the Elks Lodge and the Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann McQuain Bland; daughter, Pamela Renae Schroff and husband Kenny, of Accident, Md.; son, Rodney Leroy Bland and wife Joan, of Charleston; grandchildren, Sarah Renae Murphy and husband Randy, of Crellin, Md., Tyler James Masters, of Oakland, Md., and Hunter Lee Schroff, of Accident, Md.; and sisters, Rachel (Joe) Clemens, of Lewisburg, Shirley (Johnny) Turner, of Lewisburg, and Sharon (Ronnie) Baker, of Ronceverte; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services with military honors will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 27, at Elizabeth Chapel Cemetery at Organ Cave.
The family will receive friends Friday, July 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte.
In lieu of flowers, Chester had expressed that memorial donations can be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
Chester will be missed by his family and friends.
