Lois Fern Pruett Randolph
SCARBRO — Lois Fern Pruett Randolph, 85, of Scarbro, WV, died on Saturday, December 22, 2012, at Huntington Hospice House in Huntington, WV.
Born March 12, 1927, at Yukon, WV, she was the daughter of the late John Ezra and Bertie Ann Sparks Pruett.
She was a retired school cook for the Fayette County Board of Education.
Lois was of the Baptist faith. She was a 1944 graduate of Oak Hill High School and liked reading the newspaper, working crossword puzzles and doing crafts.
Her husband, Charles Connie Randolph, brothers, Bob Pruett, Marvin Pruett, and John E. Pruett, Jr., and sisters, Doris Cornett and Bernice Pruett, preceded her in death.
Survivors include nieces, Wanda Kelly and husband, Donnie, of Scarbro, Melissa Pruett Thomas and husband, Keith, and Mary Wells and husband, Greg, nephew, Devon White of Proctorville, OH, great-nephew, Keith Thomas, Jr., and great-niece, Taylor Thomas.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Greg Wells officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Robert ‘Horsey’ Eugene Reynolds
ECCLES — Robert “Horsey” Eugene Reynolds, 80, of Eccles, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 23, 2012.
Born June 17, 1932, at Glen Rogers to the late Charles Preston Reynolds and the late Roxie Emory Dunnigan Reynolds.
Robert loved hunting and fishing. He was the President of the Trap Hill Little League Baseball and Midget League Football. He was a 1950 graduate of Trap Hill High School, he was an ambulance driver for the Raleigh County Community Action, of the Baptist Faith, and served as a Democratic Chair.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Quinton Reynolds, who served in WWII, Curtis Reynolds, Charles Reynolds Jr., and Carl Reynolds; sister, Gladys McClure; and his first wife Mary Katherine Reynolds.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Joyce Luella Bennett Reynolds; children, Carl Reynolds and wife, Pam, of Parkersburg, Debra Reynolds and companion, William Weeks, of Lester, Darlene “DJ” Taylor of Clay, Michelle Reynolds and husband, David, of Fredericksburg, VA, Victoria Fetherolf and husband, Steve, of Fredericksburg, VA, Vera Plumley of Bradley, Edward Plumley of Harper, and Thomas Lee Naylor of OH; grandchildren, Mitzi, Marsha, Stacy, Amy, Michelle, Jerri Lynn, Ashley, Brian, David, Brandon, and Timbra; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that you make a donation to the Make a Wish Foundation or Hospice of Southern West Virginia.
Services to celebrate the life of Robert “Horsey” Eugene Reynolds will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2012, at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, 5251 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Beckley. Following the services he will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers.
Friends may gather with the family from 12 p.m. until time of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
