Laicee Nicole Lynn Gates
An angel in the book of life
wrote down my baby’s birth
Then whispered as she closed the book
“too beautiful for earth”

Welcoming Laicee to Heaven are her grandparents, Gordon and Pamela Gates, and Rebecca Thomas.

A celebration of Laicee’s life will be held at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Pastor Morris Nutter officiating on Friday, June 21, 2013, at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville.
The family will receive friends from noon until time of services on Friday at the funeral home.
This was a life that had hardly begun. No time to find your place in the sun. No time to do all you could have done. But we loved you enough for a lifetime.
No time to enjoy the world and its wealth. No time to take life down off the shelf. No time to sing the songs of yourself. Though you had enough love for a lifetime.
Those who live long endure sadness and tears. But you’ll never suffer the sorrowing years. No betrayal, no anger, no hatred, no fears. Just love — only love — in your lifetime.
