Born on April 25, 1986, to doting parents, Lloyd “Dean” Lovelace and Robin Barley-Wingfield, Chad was cherished until his last day on earth.

Chad was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, obtained a degree in diesel mechanics, a black hat coal miner and was of Christian faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dirt track racing, motorcycle riding but most of all, he loved just hanging out with his friends and family.

Ernest and Ethel Barley, and James and Edith Johnson; grandparents, paternal grandfather, Paul M. Lovelace and maternal grandparents, Pastor Robert and Anna Barley; and an aunt, Rainee Lee Barley Price.

Those left to cherish his memory in addition to his parents are his son, Ryder Dean Lovelace of Maple Fork; grandparents, Dave and Ruby Riley of Beckley; his father’s companion, Sarah Evans of Oak Hill and her two sons, Chuck and Travis Evans of Oak Hill; a stepfather, James Wingfield of Hico, a girlfriend, Angela Yarber and her daughter, Adalynn “Bug” Sadler of Sophia, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and family, too many to mention, who will miss his smile and generous ways.

A celebration of Chad’s life is scheduled to be held at the Rose and Quesenberry Shady Spring Chapel, on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at 7 p.m. with Pastors Walter Leach, Fred Lovell, Danny Legg and Roger Pauley speaking.
