Stanley Vandevander

BOYER — Stanley Vandevander, 84, of Boyer, passed away Friday, Dec. 17, 2013.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale, with Pastor Julian Rittenhouse officiating. Burial with military honors with follow in the Arbovale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of the services Tuesday at the funeral home.

Robert ‘Pee Wee’ Warner

PINEVILLE — Robert “Pee Wee” Warner, 54, of Pineville passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013, at Appalachian Regional Hospital following a long illness.

Born December 5, 1959, at Pineville, he was the son of Pauline Forte of Cleveland, OH, and the late Josh Warner.

Pee Wee was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed football, basketball, baseball and softball. He was a 1978 graduate of Pineville High School.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his parents, James H. and Lottie Mae Warner.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Alex Macmadoo of New York and Tori Warner of Alabama

A brother, Curt Warner and his wife Ana of Vancouver, WA

A sister, Joyce Warner of Beckley

2 aunts, Priscilla Moore of Cleveland, OH, and Mary Crockett of Chicago Heights, IL

Special niece and nephew, Brian “Buttons” Warner and Twanna Warner Burton and Donald Burton of Beckley. His (Suga Suga) Nasya Hoskins-Warner and Donya Burton.

He is also survived by his extended brothers and sisters, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A celebration of Pee Wee’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2013, at the Pineville Church of God with Silas Mullins, Jr., and the Rev. Norman Gray.

The family will receive friends from 12 to 2 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2013.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital 3rd and 4th floor nurses and ICU for their excellent care.
