Terry Lee Tilley

GLEN FORK — Terry Lee Tilley, 61, of Glen Fork, passed away Monday, June 24, 2013.

Arrangements are incomplete. Calfee Funeral and Cremation Service of Pineville is serving the Tilley family.



Clarence ‘Cag’ Toler

Clarence “Cag” Toler, 77, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013.

Arrangements are incomplete. Evans Funeral Home of Oceana is serving the Toler family.



Frank Turner

Frank H. Turner, 88, of Beckley, passed away at his home on Wednesday, June 19, 2013.

Born on May 27, 1925, at Renick, W.Va., he was the son of the late Greeley P. Turner and Nellie B. Perkins Turner.

Mr. Turner was a retired farm manager at the Pinecrest Hospital in Beckley with 39 years of service. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during WWII. He was of the Presbyterian faith, and enjoyed gardening.

Mr. Turner was a Beckley resident for most of his life.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalee Turner, by a sister, Marjorie Cook, and by brothers Gene and Dale Turner.

Surviving are his children, Dennis Turner and his wife Linda of Chesapeake, Va., Marilyn Sue Phillips and her husband Lionel of Grandview; three grandchildren, Jennifer O’Neal, Rachel Pridgen, and John Turner, and several great-grandchildren also survive.

Mr. Turner was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Orville Setliff officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley.

Friends may visit with the family from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
