Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, at Smathers Funeral Chapel, Rainelle.

OAK HILL — Christopher Evan Maynor, 27, of Oak Hill, passed away Tuesday August 12, 2013.
Services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Junior Calvert officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park at Oak Hill.
Friends may visit with the family from 9 a.m. until service time on Saturday.

LANSING — Bryan McClung, 57, of Lansing, passed away early Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013, at his residence in Lansing.
Born April 6, 1956, in Ronceverte, hew as the son of the late Charles Witt and Mildred Shearl McClung.
Bryan was a graduate of WVU, a former educator in Greenbrier and Kanawha County schools. He enjoyed coaching children in sports and he was a guide on the New and Gauley Rivers. For the past 18 years he has been the proud owner of Chesnut Creek Campground.
Bryan was preceded in death besides his parents, two brothers, Carmon McClung and Dennis McClung.
Those surviving are his daughter, Sierra Hattier and his grandson, Tyler of Salt Lake City, Utah; two brothers, Mark McClung of Lewisburg and Alan McClung of Texas; an aunt, Iva Mae Jarrett of Charleston, W.Va. and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and a special cousin, Desiree Catalona, who has helped Bryan run the Chestnut Creek Campground for the last five years.
Celebration of life will be 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, at the McClung Family Farm at 710 Asbury Methodist Church Road, Asbury, W.Va. (call 304-445-6432 for directions) and 5 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18th at the Chestnut Creek Campground at Lansing. Bring memories, photos, and musical instruments. Memorials may be made to Bryan’s daughter at Fayette County National Bank: Sierra Hattier.
