KIMBERLY — Mary Jo Bragg, 64, of Kimberly died January 4, 2014.
She was born July 14, 1949, in Deep Water, and was the daughter of the late William Lawrence and Geraldine Lockard Gray.
She was a disabled underground coal miner and a certified shooter for Valley Camp Coal Company. She was a member of the Kimberly Church of God.
Surviving, her husband Wayne H. “Fred” Bragg; children, Wayne Bragg Jr. and his wife Angela of Kimberly, William Bragg and is wife Ashley of Kimberly, step-daughter Alisha Marie Pike of Belle; brothers David Gray and is wife Tenna of Montgomery, Mark Gray and his wife Reva of Sod, William Luke Gray and his wife Susan of Dallas NC; sisters, Alice Pritt of Clendenin; niece Melissa Dorsey of Gallagher; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
The family wishes to thank the Kimberly Church of God, friends and neighbors for their loving care.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery, with Rev. Bill Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park, London. Friends may call two hours prior the service at the funeral home.

Maggie Virginia Pugh Caudell
WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS — Maggie Virginia Pugh Caudell, 89, of White Sulphur Springs, passed away Tuesday morning, Jan. 7, 2014, at the White Sulphur Springs Family Care Center.
Maggie’s generosity, love and kindness will live in our hearts forever. Mrs. Caudell was born Jan. 31, 1924, on Backus Mountain, Fayette County and was the daughter of the late Sam Henry and Ella Ester Gill Pugh.
Mrs. Caudell was a member of the Church of God and was a homemaker.
Preceded in death by other than her parents, her husband, Kennings Bernard Caudell and a brother, Arlie Pugh.
Surviving are her son, Robert S. Caudell and companion Carolyn Boone of White Sulphur Springs; sisters, Dorothy (Frank) Anderson of Laurel, Md. and Verna (Irvin) Asbury of Jacksonville, Fla.; brothers, Ralph Pugh of Layland, Denny Pugh of Tupelo, Miss. and Harmon Pugh of Piney View; seven grandchidlren; 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services for Mrs. Caudell will be held Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014, at the Harrah Cemetery on Bakus Mountain at 1 p.m. with Rev. Mike Wilson officiating. Upon Maggie’s request there will not be any visitation.

Vivian Irene Bellew Morgan
FANROCK — Vivian Irene Bellew Morgan, 88, of Fanrock, left to meet her heavenly father on Saturday, January 4, 2014, from Wyoming Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, New Richmond.
She was born March 24, 1925, in Denton, Ky., a daughter of the late Charles Washington and Ethel Mae Elkins Bellew.
For many years she lived and worked for RCA Corporation in Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved to Winston Salem, N.C. where she worked until retirement for Forsythe Memorial Hospital. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James P. Morgan, two sisters and brothers-in-law Leona and Tommy Bailey and Ruby and Morris L. Meadows; a brother and sister-in-law Clifford and Lorene Bellew; a half sister and brother-in-law Eula Mae and Ted Pennington and a grandson Charles “Bubby” Adkins. She was a member of the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church in Winston Salem, NC where she also served as secretary for many years.
Survivors include a daughter Glenna Evelyn Adkins and her husband “Tink” of Fanrock, with whom she lived with for three years until living at Wyoming Nursing and Rehabilitation Center; two granddaughters Regina McNew and husband Melvin of Pinnacle, NC and Tracey Walters and husband Willie of Fanrock; four great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter; and a host of other loving family and friends.
In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated and there will be no public services.

UNION — Richard “Dick” L. Nichols, 83, of Union, passed away Monday, January 6, 2014 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Dick was born June 6, 1930, at Sinks Grove, to the late Alexander Clifford and Alice Myles Eades Nichols.
Dick was a member of the Union Church of God, a Korean Marine Veteran and a Proud Farmer!
Other than his parents Dick is preceded in death by sisters, Pauline Wilkerson, Lucille Craig, Marjorie Skidmore and brother Alexander Clifford Nichols Jr.

OCEANA — Ronald Wayne Price age 65, of Oceana, formerly from Waynesburg, Pa., died suddenly January 5, 2014, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va.
He was born on December 4, 1948, in Waynesburg, Pa., a son of the late Curtis and Norma Jean (Taylor) Price.
Ronald will be sadly missed by his daughters, Lisa Eddy and her husband Stanley of Rices Landing, Pa. and Melissa Spadaccino and her husband Don of Churchville, Pa. He was the proud grandfather of Katelyn, Nicholas and Dominick.
He is also survived by three brothers James Price (Karen) of Avella, PA, Curtis Price (Sharon) of Waynesburg, PA and Steven Price (Tina) of Charlotte, NC, and many nieces and nephews.
Ronald worked at Southern Amusement in Logan, W.Va. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing his guitars and building projects at his home.
Relatives and friends are will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Friday, January 10, 2014, in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg, Pa., where services will begin at 1 p.m. with Rev. William Parker officiating, followed by cremation.
