Class A No. 10 Valley used a balanced scoring attack to overcome a slow start and defeat Nicholas County Monday.
Zac Warden tallied 22 points, while Keyshawn Payne added 18 points and Raeshawn Breckenridge had 17 points for Valley
Henry Barron chipped in nine points and Druw Bowen had eight points for the Greyhounds.
Nicholas County was led Jared Tharp with a game-high 29 points, Eric Peyatt with 18 and Austin Hill with 12.
Valley (12-6) hosts Fayetteville Wednesday.
