Bridgeport (18-4-1) scored less than four minutes into the game and went on to put four goals on the scoreboard in the first 22 minutes in earning an easy 7-0 victory at the Trace Fork Soccer Complex in South Charleston.

Sam Revercomb and Tanner Whipkey scored goals to lift the Fighting Irish.

Parkersburg (17-3-4) senior Garrett Kruger netted the match’s only goal when he slipped a shot past GW keeper Garrett Phillips at the 7:57 mark of the first half.
Hurricane 4, Hedgesville 0
The Hurricane boys soccer team took one more step toward its goal Tuesday night with a convincing 4-0 win over Hedgesville in a State Tournament semifinal match at Coonskin Park’s Schoenbaum Soccer Stadium.
The Redskins (22-0-1) received early goals from Felipe Thompson and Daniel McKnight to take control in the game’s first 12 minutes.

George Washington (18-4-1) sophomore midfielder Sarah Bodnar found the back of the net with 3:56 left of overtime in what proved to be the game-winning goal.
Winfield 3, Buckhannon-Upshur 0
Winfield (19-1-2) survived several second-half stabs from Buckhannon-Upshur to win convincingly, 3-0, in Tuesday’s first semifinal matchup.
