NEW RICHMOND — Mikayla Wickline had 14 strikeouts to lead James Monroe past host Wyoming East.

Chelsea Duncan went 2-for-3 for East.

The Warriors later defeated rival Westside 5-3. Larissa Davis was the winning pitcher and went 3-for-3 at the plate.

East (2-1) will visit Shady Spring Thursday, while Westside hosts Liberty Tuesday.
