 The Independence Patriots rolled up 15 runs on 13 hits and Tanner Muovich pitched a four-hit shutout to lead the Patriots past Westside.

Drew D’Angelo had a home run and a double and scored twice, while Steven Leach doubled and drove in two runs. Ryan Brandsetter added a double and three RBIs for Independence.

Drew Bragg and Dakota Bailey had two hits apiece for Westside.

Independence hosts Shady Spring today.
