CHARLESTON — Woodrow Wilson led 30-15 at halftime and cruised to a 67-43 win Tuesday.

Donte Nabors scored 18 points and Brent Osborne added 13 for the Flying Eagles.

Capital got 22 from Carrington Morris.

Woodrow (7-4) will host Class AAA No. 9 Princeton Thursday.

MEADOW BRIDGE — The Midland Trail Patriots outscored county rival Meadow Bridge 19-5 in the third quarter to erase an eight-point halftime deficit and grab their fourth win in a row.

Senior Jake Grimmett led the Patriots with 21 points, while Rickie Carter tallied 17 points and Tyler Skaggs 14.

The Wildcats were led by Cody White and Logan Pomeroy with 16 points apiece and Cole Porter scored 12.

Meadow Bridge (3-6) hosts Fayetteville Thursday. Midland Trail hosts Nicholas County tonight.

UPPER GLADE — Led by a school-record 49 points from Brett Morris, the Class AA No. 7 Webster County Highlanders rolled past Class AA No. 8 Roane County.

Morris was also dominant on the glass with 16 rebounds to go along with eight blocks on the career night.

Hunter Given added 14 points for the Highlanders.

Roane County was led by Tyler Harper and Jacob Neal with 20 points apiece.

Webster County (10-2) hosts Liberty Thursday.
