James Lawrence continued to drive Red Devil fans crazy, this time on the hardwood, scoring 17 points to lead Elkins past Oak Hill Thursday in the Lewis County tournament.
Lawrence’s four-touchdown performance was instrumental in Elkins’ win over Oak Hill in the season opener on the gridiron this year.
Logan Phillips scored 15 points and Colby Gainer added 13 for Elkins.
Oak Hill was led by Kyalo Bradford with 12 points, while Jalen Jones added nine.
Oak Hill (2-2) plays Lewis County at 8 p.m. today.
