Oak Hill 5, Shady Spring 4

OAK HILL — Kyle Smith singled in the bottom of the seventh inning to tie the game and Chris Hysell launched a sacrifice fly to send home the winning run as Oak Hill rallied past Shady Spring Tuesday. Smith and Hysell both had two RBIs on the evening.

Ricky Epperly added three hits and Wesley Stowers had two hits for the Red Devils.

Jacob Childers had two hits for Shady Spring and scored one run.

Oak Hill (7-12) hosts Midland Trail Thursday.

Shady Spring 3, Wyoming East 1

   Shady Spring’s Lady Tigers continued their winning ways, improving to 15-2 on the season with a 3-1 victory over Wyoming East.

   MacKenzie Milam tore the leather off the ball, hitting two home runs and driving in all three of Shady’s runs.

   Katie Snodgress picked up the win and went 1-for-2 with a single.

   Wyoming East’s Larissa Davis had the sole RBI for the Lady Warriors.

   Shady Spring will play county rival Woodrow Wilson today at 5:30 p.m. in Shady.
