BECKLEY — Summers County 84, PikeView 76

GARDNER — T.J. Smith scored 27 points and TaRon Ayers added 23 points to lead Summers County past PikeView Tuesday. Ayers also had nine assists in the win.

Isaiah Brown added 13 points and Josh Graham had 11 points and nine rebounds for the Bobcats.

Jason Weitzel led all scorers with 32 points and Zach Meadows added 25 points for the Panthers.

Summers County (11-8) travels to Greenbrier West Monday.

Levi Cook scored 18 points and grabbed 18 rebounds as the Raiders won at Coal City.

Austin Lyons added 11 points and Michael Prater had nine for Liberty (10-7), which plays Sissonville at 2:45 p.m. today at the Charleston Civic Center.

Tyler McKinney led Independence with 12 points. Shane Greco and Cody Collins each had eight.

The Patriots, now 3-14, play at Wyoming East tonight.

FAYETTEVILLE — Fayetteville rallied back from 11 down with a 20 point fourth quarter to force overtime and win 69-66 over Sherman.

Fayetteville’s Zack Simple led all scorers with 27 points. Tyler McVey had 15 and Jack Alton had 12.

Sherman was led by Blake Brewer and Cody Muncy who each had 15.

Fayetteville will play at Valley Fayette tonight.

Woodrow Wilson will play at St. Albans at 7 p.m. Thursday for fourth place in the MSAC.

CLEAR FORK — The Class AA No. 1 Westside Lady Renegades raced out to a commanding 52-10 halftime lead and rolled past Independence Tuesday.

Hope Lester led the way with 19 points and 11 rebounds, while Morgan Spolarich added 16 points and seven assists.

Faith Davis chipped in 17 points for the Lady Renegades.

Emily Fedukovich led the Lady Patriots with nine points.

Westside (18-1) travels to Hinton tonight for a clash with Class AA No. 6 Summers County.
